Accord­ing to NADA’s lat­est Deal­er Atti­tude Sur­vey, domes­tic-brand deal­ers don’t think they have much to smile about. Asian brands gar­nered the top sev­en rank­ings in the sur­vey that mea­sured deal­er sat­is­fac­tion with man­u­fac­tur­ers’ poli­cies, field/HQ staff, and fran­chise val­ue.
