GM, Navistar Reach Agreement on Medium Duty Trucks

GM and Navistar have entered into a non-binding agreement for Navistar to take over GM’s medium duty truck business. It includes assets and intellectual property rights to manufacture GMC and Chevy vehicles in the class 4–8 vehicle weight range. Navistar would sell trucks through GM’s proprietary dealer network.
