The Pied Piper Prospect Sat­is­fac­tion Index® Inter­net Lead Effec­tive­ness Bench­mark­ing Study, which mea­sured auto deal­er­ship respon­sive­ness to cus­tomer inquiries received over the Inter­net, ranks Lexus, Infini­ti and Acu­ra Deal­er­ships tops in per­for­mance, which improved sub­stan­tial­ly from 2011 to 2012 among two-thirds of the 34 deal­er­ships test­ed over­all. Response with­in 24 hours improved from 68 per­cent of the time (2011) to 78 per­cent (2012).
