Accord­ing to the Fore­sight Research 2012 Deal­er­ship Expe­ri­ence Strat­e­gy Report, good deal­er­ship expe­ri­ence is the key to cre­at­ing loy­al cus­tomers. The study shows Lexus, Infini­ti, Lin­coln and Mer­cedes-Benz top the list for deal­er­ship expe­ri­ence influ­enc­ing the sale. Buick, Audi and Maz­da show big improve­ment. Fore­sight inter­viewed 7,851 new vehi­cle buy­ers in the US, find­ing the per­cent­age of old­er buy­ers has steadi­ly increased.
