Chrysler, Kia Do Well in California

Cal­i­for­nia auto sales were up 22.6 per­cent for the first half of the year, com­pared with a 14.6 per­cent rise nation­wide in the same peri­od. Chrysler brand vehi­cles rose 198 per­cent in the first half of 2012, the biggest brand increase of any retail­er, with a 35.4 per­cent boost for Chrysler’s Jeep brand, fol­lowed by a 62 per­cent rise for Kia.
