There are only three ways to increase profits in a dealership: lower expense, improve gross margins, or sell to more customers! After a market downturn a few years ago, many dealers have expenses under control and margins at optimum levels. This workshop will show how to sell to more customers by retaining customers that a dealer already has. Good retention processes will better attract new customers as well. Armed with new ideas, create a roadmap for retention.
