Winning Ways to Retain Your Customers

There are only three ways to increase prof­its in a deal­er­ship: low­er expense, improve gross mar­gins, or sell to more cus­tomers! After a mar­ket down­turn a few years ago, many deal­ers have expens­es under con­trol and mar­gins at opti­mum lev­els. This work­shop will show how to sell to more cus­tomers by retain­ing cus­tomers that a deal­er already has. Good reten­tion process­es will bet­ter attract new cus­tomers as well. Armed with new ideas, cre­ate a roadmap for reten­tion.
