Networking Primary Goal at PHH Arval’s 20th Energy Conference
PHH Arval held its 20th Energy Conference at the JW Marriott Hotel in Houston, Texas on March 1. The conference brought together over 50 energy industry fleet professionals to address goals, concerns and business improvement strategies. This year’s event focused on networking and brainstorming, with intensive workshops on topics such as DOT compliance, maintenance, asset redeployment, and in-vehicle telematics. There were also multiple opportunities to discuss new concepts and best-in-class solutions.

Wheels Workforce Management Team Wins Bronze Stevie Award
Wheels, Inc. took home a service department Stevie award for Sales & Customer Service at the 2013 American Business Awards. The Wheels Workforce Management Team (WMT) was presented with a Bronze Stevie in the Back-Office Customer Service Team of the Year category during an awards gala night in Las Vegas. The Wheels WMT oversees more than 100 customer service agents who handle calls from drivers and vendors. The team configures the automated assignment of each call to dozens of unique service categories and subcategories through real-time call management technology.
Venchurs Announces Partnership with Knapheide at Work Truck Show
Venchurs Vehicle Systems, a CNG converter and QVM for Ford, announced at the Work Truck Show its new partnership with Knapheide.
