Natural Gas as a Transportation Fuel Becoming Part of World Outlook

A Mor­gan Stan­ley report says that nat­ur­al gas vehi­cles could alter the world out­look for oil and gas demand. Oil con­tin­ues to be the dom­i­nant fuel for trans­porta­tion, but nat­ur­al gas is becom­ing com­pet­i­tive, accord­ing to the study Nat­ur­al Gas as a Trans­porta­tion Fuel: Ener­gy Mar­ket Wild Card. Nat­ur­al gas hav­ing sharp dis­counts com­pared to gaso­line and diesel is a major rea­son for its con­sump­tion growth.
