LeasePlan has been working on creating an engaging environment for employees, where they can interact and are rewarded for delivering excellent customer service to clients. This has included a recent implementation of an online rewards program for peers and management to reward employees with points for efforts that demonstrate the company’s core values and exceptional customer service.
