PHH Arval announced that Michael Quim­by has been pro­mot­ed to senior vice pres­i­dent of U.S. sales, where he will over­see a larg­er and enhanced sales team that will lever­age the com­bined expe­ri­ence of PHH’s core fleet and truck orga­ni­za­tions. In this role, Mike will join the PHH Arval North Amer­i­ca senior lead­er­ship team.

“With Mike’s expand­ed role, PHH will con­tin­ue to assertive­ly focus our efforts on deliv­er­ing end-to-end cus­tomer solu­tions that enrich the client expe­ri­ence while iden­ti­fy­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties to reduce costs for all asset class­es, improv­ing our clients’ com­pet­i­tive posi­tion, both today and in the future,” said Jim Hal­l­i­day, senior vice pres­i­dent and chief busi­ness devel­op­ment offi­cer for North Amer­i­ca, PHH Arval. “The vast truck and fleet expe­ri­ence that Mike brings to the team, cou­pled with PHH’s his­to­ry and lead­er­ship, will con­tin­ue to posi­tion PHH as a leader in the indus­try.”

Since 2012 Quim­by has held the posi­tion of vice pres­i­dent of sales for , a divi­sion of PHH Arval ded­i­cat­ed to fleets of light, medi­um and heavy trucks and equip­ment. Pri­or to join­ing PHH, Quim­by served as the vice pres­i­dent of sales and mar­ket­ing for Ryder Sys­tem, Inc. Dur­ing his career, he has held var­i­ous exec­u­tive lead­er­ship and sales role, includ­ing cor­po­rate offi­cer at GE Com­mer­cial Finance, GE Fleet Ser­vices and Ryder. Quimby’s expe­ri­ence spans more than 25 years in trans­porta­tion man­age­ment ser­vices, logis­tics and finan­cial indus­tries.

Quim­by has a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence degree from Keene State Col­lege and a cer­tifi­cate in finance from Har­vard Uni­ver­si­ty.

To respond to increased cus­tomer needs, PHH has added the fol­low­ing sales exec­u­tives as part of an ongo­ing expan­sion:

Lee Ness, region­al vice pres­i­dent, North­west Sales, joins PHH with more than 18 years of sales and sales man­age­ment expe­ri­ence with Enter­prise Rent a Car, Delta Air­lines, and most recent­ly Reynolds and Reynolds, where he man­aged new busi­ness rela­tion­ships in the north­west region.

James Wineland, region­al direc­tor, Mid­west Sales, comes to PHH with near­ly nine years of sales expe­ri­ence with Penske Truck Leas­ing, where he man­aged new busi­ness rela­tion­ships in Salt Lake City, and most recent­ly in Detroit.

 “We’re excit­ed about Mike’s new role and the addi­tion of Lee and James as we con­tin­ue to build on the strong depth and breadth that we offer clients requir­ing increas­ing­ly com­plex asset and cost man­age­ment solu­tions,” said Hal­l­i­day.
