Social Media Agency Loses Chrysler Business After Improper Tweet

New Media Strate­gies lost its con­tract with Chrysler Group after one of the agency’s employ­ees sent an inap­pro­pri­ate tweet to some 8,000 Chrysler fol­low­ers. The mes­sage was quick­ly delet­ed and the employ­ee fired.
